• RETURNS POLICY

• If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items to us, in its original condition (with swing ticketing) within 14 days of the date shown on your invoice.
• All items must be returned to us in accordance with this returns policy.
• Please note that not all items are refundable, due to hygiene reasons. This will be indicated within the product description of each item.


• How to make a return
• If you wish to make a return, you must notify us online before you make a return. The return must be made in accordance with the procedure set out below.
• To do this:
• Login in at My Account and view your order history.
• Select your order.
• Select the item that you would like to return/exchange.
• Please note we can only offer exchanges on items of the same product in a different colour or size.
• Click on Return Item; ensure you select all items you wish to return before clicking Return Items.
• Select if you would like a refund or an exchange.
• Select a reason for returning.
• Click Submit.
• You will receive an email to notify you that we approved your request to return your item.

• Returning the parcel
• Do not return the item to us until you received an approved return request email.
• The item must be returned to us in the original condition as you received it.
• Repack the item and include a copy of the invoice and the returns number.
• Attach the returns address label that is found at the top of your invoice to the parcel.
• The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility.
• We suggest that you use a recorded delivery, so that you can track your parcel. The parcel remains your responsibility until it is received by us.

• Refunds
• A refund will be issued on returned items providing they are returned in accordance with our returns policy, in their original condition within 14 days of the date on your invoice.
• Returns will be processed within 5 days of us receiving the item.
• Once the item has been received it will be inspected and your money refunded.
• We will send you an email to inform you that your return has been processed.
• Once you receive the email please allow between 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited into your account.
• If you are returning the product for a refund because it is faulty (all faulty items are inspected) or not the item you ordered, we will issue a refund on the delivery charge.

• Exchanges
• We can only offer exchanges on items of the same product in a different size.
• Exchanges can take up to 7 working days to be processed.
• If we are unable to make an exchange we will provide you with a refund minus the original delivery charge.
