We are having difficulties with orders placed between 1st August till 6th August using UK standard and International Delivery.
Unfortunately your order was redirected back to us as there has been a technical issue wherein Royal Mail was unable to scan the address labels on the packaging. We are currently working on this issue together with Royal Mail and it will be resolved by tomorrow at the latest. Once the order has been resolved, we will arrange for the parcel to be sent out again. Please advise if you would still like to receive your order? To compensate for the inconvenience caused we are issuing you a refund on the original postage charges paid.
